We accept goods returns within 14 days of purchase for non-electrical, non-coding, non-indented, uninstalled, undamaged products that are:
- Supplied incorrectly by us
- Defective items under manufacturer warranty

- Eng Soon Auto is not responsible for any damages or 3rd party labour cost incurred for the replacement of the product.
- Wear and tear items worn out overtime are not covered under warranty
